Our History
Sanservice, the ancestor of S.P.S. Trading Sp. z o.o., was founded in 1991, mainly focusing on the sale and distribution of consumer electronics and SANYO air conditioning systems. In 1997 Sanservice was transformed into S.P.S. Trading Sp. z o.o. With the business of SANTEC Industrial Video taken over in 2002, S.P.S. Trading's scope of activity expanded to include the sale of security systems and products. In 2007 the company purchased the AlarmTec distribution network from Systemy Alarmowe company, which resulted in broadening the area of operation of the Security Systems Department - it became a comprehensive supplier of equipment for installers in Poznań, Łódź and Wrocław areas. January 2008 saw the opening of a new trade office in Olsztyn and from the beginning of April 2008 a sales bureau opened in Katowice. Also, in the beginning of 2008, the hitherto existing Security Systems Department and the Consumer Electronics Department were merged into a new organisational unit, the Electro Department, comprising Security Systems and Multimedia products.
In February 2009 began an activity trade offices in Gdańsk and Toruń.
In March 2009 r. S. P.S. Trading and the Proxima Alarm Group signed agreement concerning connecting a trade offer in security systems. Under an agreement the Proxima company completed the business activity in the area of distribution of security systems, and a trade office took over the continuation of current commercial action S. P.S. Trading in Toruń.
The Mission
Our mission is to improve the level of safety while cooperating closely with law and order institutions, territorial self-government units, institutional clients rendering services to citizens, cooperatives and communities, as well as private companies. Devices and solutions that we offer translate directly into a reduced number of vandalism incidents and improved sense of security - both locally and regionally. What is equally important, the sector of Security Systems is developing geographically due to the creation of an extensive sales network based on own trade offices, and further support from distributors spread all over the country. As for multimedia products, we place major emphasis on activities aiming to maximise the freedom of using image display tools, such as portable DVD players, display and presentation systems and professional weather-resistant screens. Our product and system catalogues are regularly updated with information materials in printed and electronic form. We disseminate knowledge about products by means of large-scale information and marketing campaigns, which guarantees the support from customers at the stages of design, investment implementation and system servicing. Sales employees have in-depth professional knowledge and are capable of providing customers with professional advice on the selection of optimum solutions.
The Offer
The Electro Department of S.P.S. Trading ensures a comprehensive offer of Security Systems: intrusion and robbery alarm systems, CCTV, fire alarm systems, access control, video intercoms, accessories, and multimedia products: portable DVD players, display and presentation equipment, professional weather-resistant screens. The company's key business is distribution and system maintenance in direct co-operation with the Investor. Devices that we offer comply with stringent safety and manufacturing technology requirements, which makes them suitable for application in simple projects, but also in elaborate, complex systems that answer specific customer needs. Being the sole distributor of APER and SANYO brands, we offer comprehensive CCTV solutions encompassing systems based on variously integrated matrix switchers, as well as specialised and advanced technological devices - digital recorders, monitors, cameras, lenses and accessories for their installation.
Trainings
We are organising trainings free of charge, professional trainings in the scope of the service and assumptions of installation devices of CCTV led by the specialist staff. Certificates authenticating the participation in the training constitute confirming the acquaintance of tied problems both with bases of constructing security systems how activities are also documenting directional preparing the fitter of the to do configuration, installing, the service and making of the devices connected with the basic service of security systems distributed by the S.P.S Trading company.
In cooperation with national partners we are organising the training in the scope of the service, the installation and conservations of remaining products offered by our department.
